What is the purpose of this speech? To educate? To call to action? To solicit funds? To advocate? Who is the audience you wish to engage? What authentic response do you seek?

Are they experienced public speakers who know how to engage their audience? Do they have training using telepromptors? Is your speaker prone to stutter?
